Ready to feel better? During this intro to meditation class, you'll learn and practice simple, gentle, effective meditation techniques that help you ease tension and feel better. You'll also receive a list of resources to assist you along your mindfulness journey.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen, so if you must cancel, please cancel as early as possible but no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can open that slot to someone else. If you cancel 24 hours before your confirmed booking, you will be able to reschedule at no additional cost. If you purchased a bundle package, all sales are final, and sessions are to be used within the stated timeframe; however, we realize things happen and will work with you to accommodate your schedule.
